Welcome to the Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma Sex Offender Registry Website. The Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma Sex Offender Registry is maintained by the Iowa Tribal Police Department, which provides public information on sex offenders required to register pursuant to section 113(a) of the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (SORNA) (codified @ 42 U.S.C. subsection 16911). Section 113(a) applies to any sex offender working, is a student, or resides within the Iowa Tribal jurisdiction. A sex offender will be required to register with the Iowa Tribal Police Department within 3 business days, pursuant to section 111 of SORNA. The Iowa Tribal Police Department does not, and cannot legally, maintain a file of offenders in other jurisdictions. Please direct inquiries concerning other jurisdictions to the appropriate agency
